The Shamar Prophets School
of Ministry Institute's purpose and vision was birth through the spiritual womb of Prophetess Cecilia Mathis, the founder and Chairman of the Board. It is her ordained divine purpose to help train and equip each student that attends SPSM through in-depth training classes.
Prophetess Mathis is anointed and appointed by God, and has a divine mandate on her life which allows her to walk heavily under a strong prophetic anointing.
This prophetic anointing allows her to interpret God given dreams, prophetically prophecy and write prophetic prophecies under the unction of the Holy Spirit. Prophetess Mathis is the Shamar Prophets General at Well Pavilion Empowerment Temple in Tampa Fl, under Pastor Tami Robinson.
